Refund + Return Policy

At Hello Sweetheart, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do, however, understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you need to make a return or exchange; that’s why we’ve made our return and refund process as easy as possible!

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. This applies to all items purchased both in-store and online. All returns must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. This helps us ensure that we can resell the item and keep our prices low for all of our customers. We appreciate your understanding. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, washed, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, simply visit our store or contact our customer service team. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process and address any questions or concerns you may have. We ask that you provide your original order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Please note that all returns require a proof of purchase. We’ll be happy to assist you and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. This can be a sales receipt, an email confirmation or a packing slip. If you’d like to return an item(s) via mail then we do require you to pay for return shipping – we’ll happily to send you a return label through our business account for a lower rate to you. Please reach out to us to arrange this and/or for our return address. We take pride in providing fast and affordable shipping options.

THE GIST

– The customer is responsible for all return risk and cost
– We cannot provide a refund without proof of purchase
– We will refund your original payment method within 7 days of receiving returned item(s)
– We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if we deem it unfair or a risk
– We only accept returns for regularly-priced items unless defective
