Where can i purchase your products?
We offer two purchasing options:

Location | Orchard Park Shopping Centre in Kelowna.
Hours | Open from July – Dec during mall hours
Online : 24/7 | 365 days a year
Where do you ship to?
We ship to everywhere in Canada + the USA! We do carry a few products that might not be legally allowed to ship to certain areas (for example: honey to Hawaii where there are state-laws prohibiting this) but we will reach out if we encounter any issues with your order 🙂
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us immediately! We will do everything in our power to make sure we fix it!
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! All orders over $99 ship free!Â
My order is a gift, how can I make sure it arrives in time?
Shipping delays and issues are, unfortunately, out of our control so we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive – however, we will do our absolute best to accommodate quick-shipping requests! Just send us an email with your timeline and we’ll let you know your options!
My order is a gift. Can you wrap it for me?
We don’t specifically offer gift-wrapping options at this time, but we can absolutely make sure to package it with a little extra love and omit any price tags/ packing slips with prices on them! Just make a note on your order or send us an email with this request!
