Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in fully-sealed condition.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Final Sale Items
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged for health, safety, or customization reasons. These include:
Hiveology Honey products (final sale unless defective, damaged, or sent in error)
Brutal Pepper Sauce products (final sale unless defective, damaged, or sent in error)
Custom or personalized items
- Opened or unsealed food products
Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the product and packaging if possible.
We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
